Really Great Experience Buying A New VW In the past, we had heard some less than stellar stories about the Dean Team. However, we were interested in a VW Atlas, and showed up during a busy In the past, we had heard some less than stellar stories about the Dean Team. However, we were interested in a VW Atlas, and showed up during a busy Saturday to check them out. When we got there, we were greeted by our funny and friendly salesperson, Ryan Troll. Ryan was outstanding to work with, and took his time showing us all of the features and differences between models, even though he was working with other customers as well. He never tried to pressure us, or made us feel uncomfortable, and only assisted us with trying to make a good decision. I'm sure that there are other good salespeople at the store, but I can't imagine anyone there being better than him. He personally made the experience of buying a car fun. Ryan and his Sales Manager, Scott Roberts, made a great deal on an Atlas. We were very happy! We financed the car, and worked with Dustin Westhoff on this portion. Dustin continued the incredible experience by pleasantly laying out our options, and allowing us to make the best decision for us. Again, we never felt pressured, and he really made us feel confident in our decisions, and provided additional information that we didn't think of, which will save us money. When we were all done and enjoying the new Atlas, Ryan continued to follow up with us to ensure that we were still happy and satisfied with our experience. We look forward to working with everyone again in the future for our next car! More

From the initial conversation with Dyamond, the service writer on the phone to picking up my car after it was serviced, I had an excellent experience! Dyamond was intelligent, courteous, and attentive to my needs. My in-house service writer was friendly, polite, and professional. I felt confident that he understood my needs and concerns. He provided me with a loaner vehicle (rented from the Enterprise office next door). He stayed in touch with me throughout the process and called when there was a question. Very happy with the personal and professional treatment I received and will be a regular customer in the future. More

Informative and helpful I went to multiple dealerships for not only Subaru’s but multiple cars, but no one made me feel at ease as much as the two salesmen at dean team! The first day when I had just started looking for a new vehicle John Ostlund went with me on a test drive and was very informative about all the features and packages available to me. I came back about a week later once I had decided the crosstrek would be the best for me and Dayo Alara helped me narrow my search for the exact package that fitted my needs. He was extremely helpful in getting me the deal that worked best for me. Overall my experience was overly satisfactory ten out of ten would come back for more business! More
