This time arround was my son's first car and we contacted Jason Moore online and let him know what my son was looking for and he immediately reply with several options, so we went and he had the cars ready waiting for us to take for a test drive, my son ended up buying a 2011 VW Tiguan AWD the sales man a gentleman at all times made the experience very pleasant and very easy. 2nd Jetta in a year We purchased a 2014 Jetta in August of 2014 for our daughter before sending her off to college from the Dean Team. That experience was excellent. Un We purchased a 2014 Jetta in August of 2014 for our daughter before sending her off to college from the Dean Team. That experience was excellent. Unfortunately early in May, it was parked on the street when the school received over 4 inches of rain in about 2 hours and the car ended up totaled after being caught in a flash flood. After getting the insurance resolved recently, it was time to purchase another car for our daughter before sending her off again. There wasn’t much discussion on what car she wanted again, another Jetta. The decision to go back to Dean Team Volkswagen of Ballwin didn’t take much thought either. We were looking for a basic black Jetta SE, but they didn’t have one. Scott worked his magic and found one in central Illinois. Jason stepped in to finalize the paperwork and was very determined to keep us informed on the status of getting us to see Dustin in finance as the dealership was very busy on Saturday. Dustin worked quickly to get us through the paperwork and on our way. We took delivery of the car on Tuesday after Jason personally waxed the black beauty. We have purchased a lot of cars over the years and the Dean Team is on top of all. More
