Awesome Experience! Our 4th New/Used car bought from this Dealer. Scratched up my NEW car Went to get my car serviced at the dealership and get a recall fix. This service center offers free car washes to people who purchased their car from this dealership. Went to have my car cleaned and the front drivers side now has huge scratches. I called them and was told that there was a sign that sign they were not responsible for any damage they do to your vehicle. I don't remember seeing any sign. Also the sticker for my next oil change says 18k miles instead of 12k like the manufacturer suggests. I guess when you buy the extended warranty they want do as little as possible for you. And finally, I'm still having an issue with my car where my car can never pair with my phone to play music. No one seems to be able to help me with it. I will never buy a Subaru again. More

2nd Jetta in a year We purchased a 2014 Jetta in August of 2014 for our daughter before sending her off to college from the Dean Team. That experience was excellent. Unfortunately early in May, it was parked on the street when the school received over 4 inches of rain in about 2 hours and the car ended up totaled after being caught in a flash flood. After getting the insurance resolved recently, it was time to purchase another car for our daughter before sending her off again. There wasn’t much discussion on what car she wanted again, another Jetta. The decision to go back to Dean Team Volkswagen of Ballwin didn’t take much thought either. We were looking for a basic black Jetta SE, but they didn’t have one. Scott worked his magic and found one in central Illinois. Jason stepped in to finalize the paperwork and was very determined to keep us informed on the status of getting us to see Dustin in finance as the dealership was very busy on Saturday. Dustin worked quickly to get us through the paperwork and on our way. We took delivery of the car on Tuesday after Jason personally waxed the black beauty. We have purchased a lot of cars over the years and the Dean Team is on top of all. More
