They treated me like we have known each other for years from the moment we talked about car buying. Jason never pressured he guided me through the process and was helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I did not have the best situation and Jason and rick made it possible for me to buy a new car. Jason kept me informed throughout the day what rick was working on. The two had the day off, Jason was texting me from golf course while rick had day off working from home and was able to get my deal done and approved when no other dealership could. I was declined by other dealers and these guys made my dreams come true. I will never buy another car from anyone besides these two and the entire dean team staff. It was a breath of fresh air from start to finish. I have a child as well and they did the end process so effortless my son was not bouncing around asking if I was done yet. Jason was not there in the morning and instead James Becker helped me. Jason is awesome, he is techy, young and smart and very kind. He helped me get the deal I was comfortable with. Everything was ready and the car I had picked looked clean and ready to go, I had many concerns and questions that James so kindly and honesty answered, he does not work for commission and he is really concerned about his customers, I was treated with care, respect, dignity and much kindness. Staff are honest, smart and knowledgable, These qualities are important when you are making a big purchase.
