Tony understands immediately the customer's need, suggests the best choice, and explains in detail (very detail!) all the specifics of the car during the test-drive. He explains how the specific car model is different than other cars. He works with the budget goal of the customer, and works with him/er to meet the monthly payment. Finally, when one goes there for servicing he is more than happy to help and assist. Go for Tony!! More

I've always gotten great service at Dean Team so decided to take it there and maybe talk to someone about their lease program. Talked to Jim and he confirmed all of the benefits of leasing a new Passat which appealed to me plus those I wasn't aware of. It didn't take long to decide to lease a new Passat after I took a 2015 for a spin. Got an excellent deal on my trade as well. Dustin was clear and informative regarding the payment terms as well as my options in the event I drive over the amount of miles of the lease which was a concern. The customer service was top notch. I even learned a few things about Vancouver real estate from Scott. Excellent experience overall. More
BEST BY FAR! This is now my 3rd Subaru in 18 months. In September 2013 I went to Toby Wright and asked for help in locating a car that would serve what I needed i This is now my 3rd Subaru in 18 months. In September 2013 I went to Toby Wright and asked for help in locating a car that would serve what I needed in my company. It wasn't 2 months later when I was t-boned by a construction truck and my brand new car was declared a total loss. I walked away from that accident without even so much as a single bruise! Tony and the guys at Dean Team helped me replace that vehicle - and because I was so pleased with the first - I upgraded and got another Forester. Again, the service and the follow-up were just fantastic. Now, here in Feb 2015, I was in another accident and my car declared a total loss again. The fact thta I have been in 2 major accidents but walked away unharmed is priceless to me. Tony and the guys got me in ANOTHER Subaru and I could not be happier. I swear I don't think I will ever buy another car from anywhere else again. More

Salesman Mark McNulty was great in helping us select. model and desired accessories. Guided us through the process and had answers to all our questions. Travel extensively through out this country and wouldn't want to be caught in bad weather in anything else but a Outback. Only problem is trying to find one of these wonderful rides but as saying goes " good things happen to those who wait" and it did! Tom Orear More

It's been over 30 yrs. since I last purchased a used car so I was somewhat hesitant to make the purchasing decision. Adam was very patient, followed up with me a month after our initial email exchange, allowed me to do my research and even let me drive the vehicle home to determine if it would fit in my garage. The only downside to my experience (which Adam had nothing to do with) was the posting listed equipment which the car didn't have. Certainly wasn't a big enough issue to keep me from making a deal. Great Customer Service! I went online and inquired about a 2003 Honda Civic for my son, and was quickly answered by Tom. When I got there he had the vehicle pulled up front, with a reserved sign in the front window just for me! We took the vehicle on a test drive and Tom worked out a great deal for us!
