Therefore we were not really looking forward to having to purchase another vehicle so soon. However, to our surprise, this was an amazing and enjoyable experience. We test drove several times to make sure we were making the right decision and Tom was more than happy to accommodate us with that. All the staff we encountered were also very friendly and the sale was completed really quick. Well, all I can say is my main contact with Dean Team Subaru was with Wes Gallagos, whom I had called on the phone from Lake of the Ozarks to help me find a Subaru Outback with my set of requirements. The company web page was well put together, Wes was responsive and helpful, and I made the 180 mile trip based on a "good feeling" that was generated by Wes in our initial phone call. He was helpful and direct and helped me find from stock on hand what I needed. A low mileage 2014 Subaru Outback, a car fax car report, and just good talk to get the transaction completed to my satisfaction. A very pleasant experience, "Professional" is the word that hits the mark! More

After he sold us the car, he took the time to show us how to set up the Bluetooth and made sure we understood the other special features. Coming into the dealership I knew approximately what I was going to have to pay for a 2015 Subaru Forester 2.5i Limited because of my Internet research work and the productive phone calls with John Ostlund. After test driving a Honda CR-V and a Ford Escape we arrived unannounced at the Dean Team just as John was about to leave the premises. He turned us over to Mark McNulty who rode with us on a test drive and answered all our questions and then some. To shorten the story, we made the deal with Mark and eventually we drove off the lot with our new car all cleaned up by the service guys. And because Mark had set up the hands-free Bluetooth for us, I was able to receive several calls on the way home. More
