John worked with us for over three hours going over the vehicle and our offer was accepted. It took six weeks for the car to be delivered and John kept us updated along the way. Once it arrived, we made an appointment and took about two hours to get everything done. John walked us through our features and set up both phones for use. John even went a step further and sent us some goodies after the purchase. After purchasing five vehicles in the past 17 years, all Hondas, this was by far the only time we actually enjoyed the purchasing experience. We've had no regrets. When it comes time to buy another one in about four years, we'll definitely be back to add to our Subaru family. Thanks again, John. More

Great Experience After realizing that my wife and I needed a reliable, newer car to get us around in the winter time, I knew that Subaru is the way to go. I called Dean Team Subaru, and talked to Steve Strauser. He was very knowledgeable, and did not put any pressure on me. After being promptly greeted at the door, and assisted to Steve's direction, I got a feeling that this dealership makes relationships, not numbers. I met Steve, and he walked me through the buying process.There was not one time that I felt pushed, nor cheated. During the process, (and afterwards), Steve was very courteous to answer my many questions, and understood what I wanted and how to achieve it. Rick in the Finance department was great as well. He was very open, and informative, while giving solid advise based on our needs. I will continue to go to Dean Team Subaru for all my Subaru's needs, and am very appreciative of Steve, Rick, and the dealership. More
