I purchased a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta Diesel sedan from Dean Team Ballwin. Sales experience was outstanding. As part of the purchase, all maintenance was included for the first few years, so I have been Dean Team Ballwin. Sales experience was outstanding. As part of the purchase, all maintenance was included for the first few years, so I have been taking my vehicle there for routine service. Have also had to take the vehicle back for a couple of unsecheduled repairs, including a timing belt that broke and an oil leak that proved to be very elusive. My first service visit was excellent. The next several visits - both for routine and unscheduled service - were less than excellent. In particular, the level of communication from Service Department was less than acceptable, and my confidence in them as a reliable service provider was pretty low. Not sure what was going on but it seemed they had lost some focus on customer service. I am very pleased to report that the last two service visits were much improved. In particular the last visit I would rate "5s" across the board. They even took care of a couple of recalls that I was unaware of (received notification via mail from Volkswagen about a week later). In all the last service visit exceeded my expectations, and as of the last encounter, they had increased my confidence back to where it was after the first service visit. More

When the problem was resolved he called promptly, and informed me of the extra work that could be done while I was out. Eric was prompt, friendly, and looked out for the every need of my company car...even had it washed and ready for me when I returned late Tuesday evening. His service made me believe again in the standard of workmanship delivered at a dealership, far superior with my vehicle than any I have experienced in a very long time at DOBBS or Jiffy Lube. More
