We would like to begin with that fact that we appreciate Brandon’s business and we take this very seriously. To clarify, we did not know about a bubble defect on the sidewall of the tire. Prior to the sale there was a very thorough walk around of the car… We don’t believe the bubble was there when Brandon left our lot. When it was brought to our attention we suggested that he purchase 2 tires since he was in a performance-oriented vehicle and those cars need to be kept in balance at all times. We offered to pay for one of the tires and asked him to pay for the other one. The windshield wiper was replaced as Brandon mentioned in his review and we came to an agreement on the tires and at this time Brandon is happy and satisfied with his car. Brandon.
