The first car we bought from Dean Team had some issues with the alignment and body that weren't discovered until after we had bought it. After searching all around the U.S., Rich (and Colin, the GM) found us the exact same car without the problems and traded our original car for it. They made sure our new car was clean and in great shape, fixed all the minor cosmetic things from normal wear and tear on a 3 year old car. Our car looks amazing and is exactly what we wanted! More
I love that a bubble on a tire gets handled, but when they put in writing that they will fix my car and end up not doing it there is no resolution. Unless you love to fight and argue with a car dealer they put in writing that they will fix my car and end up not doing it there is no resolution. I purchased a 3 year old vehicle on a Saturday evening. On closer inspection on Sunday morning after driving only 9 miles home from the dealer I noticed that the rear windshield wiper was missing and there On closer inspection on Sunday morning after driving only 9 miles home from the dealer I noticed that the rear windshield wiper was missing and there was a bubble defect in the sidewall of the passenger side rear tire. The dealership acknowledged that both were likely oversights on their part and they agreed to replace the wiper. They however refused to replace the tire which was at risk of sudden depressurization at highway speed and instead insisted that I purchase four new tires for the car at an inflated price since this was a "performance-oriented automobile". I would never return to this dealer or let them touch my "performance-oriented automobile." I don't use the term "stealership" routinely but this term most certainly applies to the Dean Team. If my experience is any example, the staff there places more value on small profits than the safety and satisfaction of their customers. More
