Having just left a different dealership down the road after a salesman talked over my concerns about a defect in a car I'd driven, I went to Dean Team Kirkwood and ended up buying from this dealership for the second time. Their previous history with me and her straightforwardness were why I sealed the deal. And I'm still happy with it, a year later. This dealership has been wonderful to work with over the years, and not just for sales. For routine service matters and an item that needed attention right after the sale, this service department beats all I've worked with in over 30 years of buying cars. Dean Team of Kirkwood will be my first stop when I next need a car. More
