I had been considering a new vehicle purchase for a few months and was continually searching on line for inventory availability as well as possible incentives. I was in touch with Wyatt Sizemore off and on months and was continually searching on line for inventory availability as well as possible incentives. I was in touch with Wyatt Sizemore off and on until the passing of my older brother on December 16, 2022. Wyatt was very considerate about my situation and even sent condolences. That meant so much to me that I promised to get in touch with him again. I purchased a 2013 Tacoma on April 1, 2013 and was looking to trade it in for a new Tacoma. On January 18, 2023 I was looking at a Tacoma that I saw online when I spotted a salesman shooting a video of a vehicle for a potential customer. That salesman turned out to be Martin Fusselman who was kind enough to answer my questions about the 2023 Tacoma I was interested in. After a brief conversation we eventually went for a test drive, got a trade in appraisal for my truck and made a deal on a new Tacoma. Wyatt was off on that day. I mentioned to Martin on several occasions that I had the feeling of a family atmosphere as I was waiting for the completion of the required paperwork. I drove approximately 25 miles to Del Toyota and it was well worth the trip. We negotiated a used car sale the on a Friday night for pickup the next Saturday morn Joshua is a very knowledgable, competent and patient salesman. We negotiated a used car sale the on a Friday night for pickup the next Saturday morning. However, the next morning, in the daylight, we could see some blemishes and scratches not visible in the evening night. When we got home, a more through inspection revealed that the car was actually really really filthy on the inside. The car seats, front and back had numerous, grungy stains. Fortunately, Folex Carpet/Upholstery Cleaner easily removed all the stains. There was a “scratch” on the center console, which also fortunately turned out to bo some form of dirt which cleaned off. All the instrument surfaces were filthy and appeared to have never been wiped from when the car was new (original sale date December, 2021). The exterior paint had a few light scratches, that I was able to polish out with some rubbing compound. My point is that all this cleaning and detailing could and should have been done prior to us picking up the car. Apparently Del Toyota doesn’t believe in performing a little detailing of vehicles that it is selling. More
