Yes, you have to choose from 'allocations',and I didn't get exactly what I wanted, but Gabe was very helpful in finding a match closest to my specs. The ETA was 8/15 the first status. I finally picked up my 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited on 8/27, only 2 days later than the original ETA. Great job and communication. I hope service is as great when the time comes. More
