When arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by Ed and he immediately escorted me to a seat and asked what I was looking for and got me set up quickly with a test drive, price and some options. He also assisted is getting a very accurate and what I consider a fair appraisal of my vehicle. We discussed pricing and was presented with several options to consider. There was zero sales pressure, just information. They allowed me to come to my own conclusion on what option worked best for me. The financing portion was equally as simple, I met with Ken and we zipped through my documents. He was friendly and not “all about the numbers”.
