Good experience trying a different approach. The dealership sent us emails stating they would offer us a good trade value on our 2 year old Rav4. In the past, we have tended to hang on to cars f The dealership sent us emails stating they would offer us a good trade value on our 2 year old Rav4. In the past, we have tended to hang on to cars for at least 5 years. We decided to explore the idea of trading in our car sooner. Our salesman Derek was knowledgeable and showed us several options. Negotiations were fair and respectful. We ended up feeling that we came away with a car that was a little better equipped at a price that kept our cost of owning a car per year in balance. We felt walking out the door that we got a good deal and the entire experience was stress free. More
