I chose a Toyota Camry for I purchased a new Camry from Del Toyota after talking with several dealerships about different types of cars and SUV’s. I chose a Toyota Camry for its reliability and safety rating and purchased it from Del because they offered a good price and had the best customer service of the dealerships in my area. Nikki was fantastic about answering my questions and providing info on trim levels. Once I decided on a car, Del made arrangements for the salesman to pick me up at home a few miles away as my current car (a 2008 Prius) was not operational. Ben Gomez was the salesman who I worked with...he came over in the exact car I would be buying so I could drive it, get a better feel for it and ask questions. That was a very nice gesture. Ben was great about explaining the process and worked everything out so I could walk out the door with the car. Jim helped with the finance aspect -I paid cash but he SJSU went over the registration/tags/etc process. Angel helped with the overview at the end and explained many of the cool features of this car and helped me get my phone synced and apps installed so I could use the turn by turn system. I would highly recommend this dealership! They are the most professional of the three Toyota dealerships I’ve worked with over the past couple of years. More
