They informed me of my options but didn't give me a 'hard sell' which I appreciated. Monica was informative and efficient and couldn't have been nicer. Pat was responsive and nice and quickly provide the information needed and Jim took me through the paperwork with clear efficiency and I felt completely informed throughout the process. I was then introduced to Brittany and she took me through the features of the car one last time including syncing up my iPhone to the Bluetooth. She answered my questions and I was on my way!
