Trying to bring me up to speed with all fascinating systems the RAV4 presents was no small feat. Brian was very patient and clear in explaining all the systems and data available at my fingertips. I bought a Lemon. Had it back numerous times and it still leaked after that. Saleman was rude and unhelpful.
