Prices and recomm were outrageous I brought my truck in for service. I recieved a call that I need 3 tires, 4 brake pads and two rosters shaved down. I was told the breaks would not pa I brought my truck in for service. I recieved a call that I need 3 tires, 4 brake pads and two rosters shaved down. I was told the breaks would not pass inspection and were needed immediately. I was told it was over $800 for the tires and almost $300 for the breaks. I took it somewhere else and got 4 tires for $700. That's 4 tires for over $100 less then I was gonna be charged for 3. I also had the breaks checked and was told they are fine and would definitely pass inspection but were getting close to needing replaced. I also did not receive and inspection sheet like normal so I dont know what was checked and what wasnt. I find it ridiculous and concerning that the prices for the tires was so much higher and that I was told I needed work that I didn't. i lease my truck and have brought it in for ever service but I will not be getting serviced there from now on. I will also be considering another dealer when it's time to turn my lease in and get a new vehicle. More

Took Advantage of my Loyaty Charged for a service that was not needed. Stopped in for an early maintenance and 2 months early inspection. Charged for my front rotators to be re Charged for a service that was not needed. Stopped in for an early maintenance and 2 months early inspection. Charged for my front rotators to be replaced or I would not pass inspection. Nothing wrong with my rotators. I have less than 50k on my car putting less than 10k a year and my car is parked in the gargage. I was told it was weather damage and they could not be cleaned. I was also talked down to by the service clerk Gerry. I will not return to this establishment. Integrity does not exist. More

Unable to fix problem Couldn't accurately diagnose my problem. I brought it in to fix my trunk light and Wiper Delay/park function. Need a CQ1 module to fix wiper delay a Couldn't accurately diagnose my problem. I brought it in to fix my trunk light and Wiper Delay/park function. Need a CQ1 module to fix wiper delay and park function. Service department wanted to put in a new wiper motor. The motor has nothing to do with the problem. Wipers run fine. Also couldn't fix my trunk light. They told me I needed front brakes, rotors and an oil change (I am not convinced now). Got that done, but left without getting anything I came for fixed More
