Poor service Drop my car off at 8:30 a.m. Call to ask what time to pick up my car at 11:00 Was told to pick up the car at noon arrived car was not complete Was a Drop my car off at 8:30 a.m. Call to ask what time to pick up my car at 11:00 Was told to pick up the car at noon arrived car was not complete Was assured the car will be done by 2 o'clock left returned the car was not complete Promised the car would be done by 330 arrive car not complete Left in finally returned at 5:30 the car was just be finishing service. I made the appointment ask for the car to be done before noon in my whole day was wasted driving back-and-forth back-and-forth due to poor preparation and customer service The sales team says this is not how they do business but on the state it is less than friendly and very unhelpful Service team More

My car is 7 years old and all the maintenance has been done at Del Toyota. I have never spent more than $200 on a none maintenance issue. I would not consider going anywhere else for service on my cars! More

Pressure cooker I never experienced this before at this dealership in the many years that I have been going here...... everyone waiting for service this day were bein I never experienced this before at this dealership in the many years that I have been going here...... everyone waiting for service this day were being told they needed something extra done to their vehicle. And in the course of an hour, 2 all sales meetings were called. Something seemed to definitely be up and it was not that the customers best interest was being looked after! Iit appeared as though sales were down and possibly corporate was putting a lot of pressure to up sell. I did talk to my sales person about something while I was there, Steve Heinz, and he kept my best interest in mind and gave me good advice! Overall, that was not the general appearance that was going on throughout the dealership. Also one week after getting my 20,000 mile service I received a new email saying I was due for my 30,000!!! The emails leading up to my 20,000 were out if control also, almost with a threatening tone. And when I followed the link to schedule online service, I got a text back from Erin saying that I had reached a sales line and would need to call the service number. That did not seem like good customer service at all!!! Why not go over to service and show them, preferably Jerry, the text and let him call me back? Why send an email for service with a link to sales not service???? This needs to be perfected before sending out to customers. I actually unsubscribed from getting emails after that as I felt extremely pressured and that the system was somehow compromised. I can figure out when I need service without emails that have a negative tone as if I'm neglecting the care of my car. Not happy with the whole tone of this! More
