I've had 2 prior appointments before this one. My complaint is for those 2, because after them I refuse to personally go back and so my husband went in my place for this oil change. During both my experiences i watched other customers receive assistance while other staff walked around me, not assiting customers. After finally being acknowledged I was told the person handling my appointment would be out in a min. For my first appointment the person never came to me. And instead another staff member noticed I had been waiting and took over. I ended up leaving, because he was able to see that the oil/mileage estimate sticker on my windshield was incorrect and old. Id also like note that during the last service my vehicles service indicator was never reset. Thus causing me to waste my time for this appointment because I was under the impression I needed it. For my 2nd appointment, I actual needed service. I arrived and instantly a nice young women checked me in. She stated the same, that the person assigned to my appointment would be out soon. I waited and waited, while watching other vehicles arrive get checked, even watching the vehicles get driven back for service. After waiting I was finally able to get the attention of another staff member. They went and checked in on the person assigned to me and reassured me it would be just another minute. Finally after waiting again; I got the attention of another staff member and asked for my appointment to be handled by someone else. This gentleman approached me asking what i was here for. Which frustrated me because I made an appointment and figured that information would already be available. Regardless I informed him I needed an oil change but was curious if anything else was required. He replied very monotone but quickly, that I would need the 30k miles check completed, costing 100s and if rejected could void what ever warranty I had. Which I'm sure is correct but after being ignored for so long it was the tone of voice that frustrated me, and discourged me from even waiting service now. At this point i told him that i no longer wanted the service and requested a manager. He explained that the manager was the one originally assigned to my appointment. I understand that service departments are busy. I've taken my previously purchased vehicle for service at the dealer before, not here but at another dealership. However the difference between my experiences then and these experiences now. . The staff members at the other dealer acknowledged me, and worked swiftly with other waiting customers. I also listened to them energetically express empathy for our waits, but most importantly they looked busy. During my time with Deland I noticed multiple and I mean multiple staff memebrs standing around conversing with each other, while I just sat there waiting and while not being acknowledged. But what infuriates me is that the entire time my appointment was assigned to the manager that I never even saw. More

Alexander and Matt were great. They didn't have the exact model I wanted, but they located one at another dealership and had it brought to Deland for me to purchase. They were easy They didn't have the exact model I wanted, but they located one at another dealership and had it brought to Deland for me to purchase. They were easy to work with over the phone as I was 90 min away. When I got to the dealership they had the car prepped and ready. Just had to finalize the paperwork. They also sat with me to go over a lot of the the features and how to use them. Very pleased with the process. Just sorry the dealership is far away that I won't be able to go there for service. More

If you've been having problems at other dealerships, please try DeLand Kia! We had so many issues with other dealerships not willing to negotiate, adding unnecessary fees, charging wayyyy over MSRP, etc. We are so glad we came to this Kia dealership because we were finally able to work with great people and get an awesome deal. And, when we did have a slight issue along the way, the manager John was absolutely amazing at recovering the situation and making sure we left happy. 10/10 experience, I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car More
When I bought my Kia in Deland, I had doubts about whether the free oil change for my vehicle would go smoothly. So far, thanks to the courteous and attentive service from Kimberly Smith's service dep whether the free oil change for my vehicle would go smoothly. So far, thanks to the courteous and attentive service from Kimberly Smith's service department, it's been quick and pleasant. Last week, it only took 35 minutes to complete. People like Kimberly make the difference. More
