Jeffrey Walters was amazing and professional. He was the only one that would listen to me and work with me. I will continue to suggest him. if it was not for him i would not have purchased my car He was the only one that would listen to me and work with me. There was a manager named matt with a beard that was rude and unprofessional and would not listen to my needs and answer my questions. I was ready to walk then Ryan came over and worked with me. Ryan was good also. The front desk people did mess up when giving me numbers on the car and making deals. i wanted a Sorento and they were giving me numbers on a Sportage. I feel they were in too much of a rush and not listening to me and almost screwed it all up. we made a deal and when it was time to sign papers with finance guy, he never introduced himself and complained that it was very late and was supposed to be home at 8pm. I never got his name so i can put it down. All I know is he has a jets football on desk, and he said he was at their training camp. I then told him a will leave now and walk from deal. my wife stopped me, and he said it was okay. never really talked to us and always very uncomfortable with him. he never congratulated us on our purchase. if I buy a car from there again I will not if he's in volved or the other manager. not sure if I will go back but if I do it's because of Jeff only.
