Dealer staff was friendly and welcoming. Staff introduced them selves upon my arrival. Highly recommend Roberto Casanova at DeLand Kia! He was patient and not pushy at all, yet extremely proactive. I drove from 35 minutes away to DeLand Kia just to work with Roberto because he made the entire experience so easy. I also have to mention Jorden (finance), who was easily the best finance person I’ve ever worked with. Roberto & Jorden combined made a notoriously stressful process extremely seamless and exciting.
