I recently purchased a 2020 Terrain at Delray Buick GMC. It was a great experience with a great staff. The salesmen Andres was a pleasure to work with, he was patient and sincere. Weeks after the sale, he still takes the time to call me to ask me if I have any questions about the vehicle, to me that is customer service. I was also introduced to Orlando Lopez the manager, a true professional with a wealth of knowledge in the industry. Orlando also took time after the sale to help me obtain an additional key for one of my son's other vehicle by setting up a contact for me. Finally, I had the pleasure of meeting Greg in finance who made the process easy and took the time even though it was late at night to explain things at level I could understand clearly. I am a believer that the success of dealership is in the hands of its employees, by far, this dealership and their employees have made this the "best car buying" experience of the 14 vehicles I have purchased to this date.
