My first visit sealed the deal I was unsure of the make and model of my next vehicle. All I knew was that I wanted a SUV and it had to have the latest tech safety features. I had been to 4 other car brand dealerships and still hadn't found my SUV. Travis took us on two test drives and then we talked about which vehicle would fit my needs. Then he took us out back to find a different color combination. Thanks to the patience shown by Travis, I ended up with the Honda HR-V EX L. Travis sealed the deal without any high pressure tactics. Awesome, no fuss! I used an online buyer's service so my info was sent to all area Honda Dealers. I was overwhelmed with responses but DelRay made the best offer on the I used an online buyer's service so my info was sent to all area Honda Dealers. I was overwhelmed with responses but DelRay made the best offer on the first reply, and were quick to confirm the offer in writing. I worked with Craig Masters, closed the deal, made a deposit online, and arranged to pick up the vehicle on Sunday at 12 noon (Memorial Day Weekend). Financing and Payment was all pre-arranged so the process was very quick. The car was just as advertised and actually came a with a few extra options which were included at no extra charge. A major Thumbs Up to Craig and the rest of the DelRay Honda folks that made this a easy purchase process. More
