I was connected with Charlie through the website, and since I could not visit the dealership, he made a 10 minute video of the vehicle for me to compare colors and to see the car in detail. Charlie explained all the equipment and options. He worked with me over the phone and text to arrive at an agreeable price and trade-in value. He was even willing to bring the car to my house for a test drive and to sign the papers if I had decided on the Mazda. Charlie and Brandy were very helpful and professional. First Mazda purchase... Classic made it great! My wife and I were close to the end of our small SUV search, but my son disrupted our plans by suggesting we look at a Mazda CX-5. So first of all fol My wife and I were close to the end of our small SUV search, but my son disrupted our plans by suggesting we look at a Mazda CX-5. So first of all folks, you should really consider a Mazda! We have not been this happy with a car purchase EVER! What also made this process great was Classic Mazda in Denton and Patrick Roberts. I went to five Mazda dealership websites and found the exact CX-5 I thought I liked and asked for a price quote. Classic was tied for first (within like $8 or so), but I liked the way Patrick was "pleasantly persistent" with me. He kept up with me without annoying me. He offered me what I asked for, and always asked me to consider buying from him. Direct, but not pushy. I wanted to compare some of the models, so he arranged to have them pulled together for us, and we visited him. He had them all up front ready to go and gave us a side-by-side comparison that was very insightful and informative. He even included a model of CX-5 we had not considered, but made sense based on what we had said we needed. As our journey evolved, it occurred to him that there was in fact a different model that would work best for us and he was right. We now have it in our driveway. I can't wait to buy my next Mazda from Patrick. Also, special kudos to Michael Anderson in Financing from Classic Jeep/Dodge next door... he took care of processing my loan since the Classic Mazda employee was out on family bereavement. It was a "special case" buying in my company's name. Thanks Patrick and Michael! More
