Went in for howling sound coming from back tires, turned out it was the wheel hub - I got ride back home using their shuttle service, driver is Caleb who went above and beyond and delivered an item I accide out it was the wheel hub - I got ride back home using their shuttle service, driver is Caleb who went above and beyond and delivered an item I accidentally left in my car (had to leave for repair) even after I forgot it and he already given me a ride home. They repaired my car the next day - no charge due to warranty - Caleb picked me up and I was in my car in no time. Every one is very friendly and knowledgeable, seems like everyone knows how every other department works so I guess they cross train everyone? One thing you can’t be trained on is attitude and everyone at this mazda has a great attitude, they actually care about you here. Thanks!! More

Great dealership. Got us scheduled for our appointment in 24 hours. The dealership we purchased from had a backup for over 2 weeks. Had multiple services done including an engine tune up, spark plugs, all fluids flushed and replaced. The car was returned to me with the Engine light still on and was Told I had to get in the queue to add spark plugs, all fluids flushed and replaced. I left angry and questioning the competence of the technician and did not appreciate the sarcasm of the service manager. More
