Customer Service Done Right! My 2015 Mazda 3 required a repair to the air conditioning climate control system which was covered under the warranty. The repair was extensive, requi My 2015 Mazda 3 required a repair to the air conditioning climate control system which was covered under the warranty. The repair was extensive, required removal of the dash to get to the parts to be replaced. It was going to take a couple of days to complete the repair and they put me a loaner car without hesitation. Picked up the car a couple of days later and the air conditioning worked correctly and the dash was in the correct position and alignment. I have have cloth seats and during the repair process the seats did get a little dirty. I asked if they could take care of the seats and get them clean. To their credit they stepped up and took care of the issue and restored the seats to their original condition. I think this says a lot about a service department and dealer willing to work to make things right. More

He was very patient as I was unsure of a lot of things, forgot some paperwork, and even called him the wrong name upon arrival. The Mazda 3 I test drove was exactly what I was looking for, I was assured that it was safe, and Jeremy walked me step by step, very honestly, through the leasing process. I didn't feel pressured, as if anything was hidden from me, or that any decisions were made for me by him. The experience was much appreciated. More
