I was really happy when I bought my car their last year. I went in for an oil change and left very upset. Being a younger female, I felt very taken advantage of. The process is unacceptable I was without a car for 6 1/2 weeks. They do not give loaner cars which is also a inconvenience especially when it's a manufacture issue.
