Staff was very good but the dealership computer system is lacking and needs to be upgraded or replaced.. Staff was clearly frustrated with this difficult system. I have always been very satisfied with destination kia and their service. My only concern is that they always tell me it will take 1-3 days to fix most things and I have to leave my van. Last time it was ready at 11:30 am but I didn't have a ride to pick up. Next time I'm waiting! More

Sales was excellence, horrible experience with service Dept. When we experienced issues and left numerous messages, with no return call. Part was fixed under warranty for a brand new 2022 telluride. Ended up having the same problem, and I was told that is just how the car drives. Which is wrong, because we have been told otherwise. Will not come back for service related issues again, our service has gone elsewhere completely, even for purchasing in the future due to this. More

Zack mason has been the most pleasurable dealer I’ve ever had the experience to work with. Right from the start he made it so easy and quick to navigate the process… it’s a tough market and defo a sellers m had the experience to work with.
