Experience was excellent. I had an appointment to have my 2014 Kia Sorento serviced on 12/22/14.......oil changed, tires rotated, car washed. Not Happy!! I recently made a purchase w/Kia on 11/28. I noticed the fender had a crack and the automatic key entry didn't work and the ESP button didn't work as I recently made a purchase w/Kia on 11/28. I noticed the fender had a crack and the automatic key entry didn't work and the ESP button didn't work as well.(I was informed by the sales manager that the ESP button doesn't have to light up in order to work. That he ownes a Suzuki) Dave G reassured me that The issues would be resolved. I dropped the car off on the 1st and the only thing that was done was the car was cleaned on the inside due to the animal smell that the previous owner left behind. The sales manager informed me that he was was going to contact the owner of the dealership to let me know about the fender. I am still waiting for a call back. I informed a customer rep. on 12/2 she took my name and # I am still waiting to hear from a manager, I guess that I better not hold my breath. I will only go there for service not for another car. More
