The history of Diamond Chevrolet starts over 55 years ago when a man named Bill Bader purchased Jack Coyle Chevrolet located off 8th and F streets in San Bernardino and renamed it Crest Chevrolet. Bader relocated the dealership to where it sits now on 21st and I streets in 1975. Alam Khan of Diamond Motor Group purchased the store in 2019 and continued to operate as Diamond Chevrolet of San Bernardino. With a history deeply rooted in this city we are proud to continue to serve this great community and re-inspire the "Do It Today" motto.

My car is running great! Alan was straight forward. He told me the cost could be up to $5000. It was actually $500.00 less. My car sat there for 2 weeks and they never worked on it or did the diagnostic to figure out the issues. Then they tried to CHARGE me for work they didn’t do when I had it towed to a dealer who could fix it or did the diagnostic to figure out the issues. Then they tried to CHARGE me for work they didn’t do when I had it towed to a dealer who could fix it. They only communicated with me once, ignored my calls and messages, and were severely understaffed. My family member had to start going up there to check on the car and each time, it was just sitting there untouched where it was originally dropped off. The service advisor was uncommunicative and never at work. Another advisor Alan was so nasty and rude he made my blood boil. My family has owned multiple Chevy’s and purchased from this dealer but they will never get another dime from us. Worst car experience in all of our lives combined! If I could leave zero stars I would. More
