HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! !! I purchased a vehicle February 3rd 2025. I was indecisive about purchasing the vehicle at first so I left, when I called back I was told the v !! I purchased a vehicle February 3rd 2025. I was indecisive about purchasing the vehicle at first so I left, when I called back I was told the vehicle could be delivered to me that next morning since I lived about 30 minutes away and wouldn’t have time to come back to the dealership to complete the purchase. The car was delivered to me that following evening which was annoying because I was told it would be here that following morning. Anthony who is the supervisor of my sales rep is the worst person I’ve ever dealt with. He’s a fast talker and has an attitude problem. He made this whole experience worse. On top of that he promised that the last car payment I needed to make on the car I was trading in would be paid off and I would have 45 days until my next payment. A week later I get a call from the financing company that I went through with the previous car explaining to me that I was 15 days past due on the care note and that they never received payment or communication from diamond Chevrolet stating they would be handling that last payment. I also received a letter with the due date of my car note for my newly purchased vehicle which did not include the 45 days grace period that was promised upon purchasing the vehicle. Duc in financing was suppose to send me a copy of my contract via email and it is now February 25th and I still haven’t received it. I’ve called several times and still haven’t received a call back yet. I’ve taken further steps and I am now letting corporate handle it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
