I made an appointment. They told me that we need the car all day for oil change. I told him a problem I was having with the car. He didn’t address it after my oil change. I had marked the tires on the front with F by the valve stem. The tires were not rotated so I had to wait More after they said the truck was done. the service advisor was friendly until I denied $290 Service I said to the advisor in the owners manual is the service schedule and he told me that he didn’t know and that I should look it up on Google. I did look it up on Google and no fuel injector service on a truck with 23,000 miles is there so then I had to check the oil to make sure they put it all the way and that they actually changed it and of course the oil change was done so I did have two recalls that they took care of More
