Ms. Jericho- We appreciate you coming in and meeting with me personally about your vehicle. It is very had to have a vehicle that is not performing in the fashion in which it is expected to perform. I do know exactly how you feel and there our other customers whom have most likely felt the same way when their vehicles have been acting up. Especially when it is a reoccurring issue/concern. As I shared with you in the meeting majority of them have found over time is that we usually, by working with tech support, found solutions for almost any situation that comes our way. Unfortunately, there are times when a vehicle is unable to be repaired and it might qualify as a lemon. At this point in time, I would like to continue to work with you to try and get you into that nicer newer car you would like. I will be working this week with Andrea to continue and try to get this resolved for you.
