We went to buy a Chrysler Pacifica and we were pre approved by Columbia Credit Union. When we were in negotiation Dick Hanna's salesman asked for my credit information on an application so they could approved by Columbia Credit Union. When we were in negotiation Dick Hanna's salesman asked for my credit information on an application so they could verify my ID. They assured they weren't going to run it as I was concerned about unnecessary credit checks lowering my credit score. They lied, they ran it anyway probably so they could try some competitive other credit offers. I told them I would only work with Columbia up front. I found out the following week when i finally bought the car I was looking for at McCords in Longview. They also have the lifetime power train warranty. They are not reputable I will never buy a car from Dick Hannah! More
