Fixed one thing but cracked our windshield We went in to get a broken coil replaced which took about a week. They are not very good at answering the phone or calling back. What's the rush?? Rushed through the process. Was told that that if we waited to the next day, we couldn't leave it there because it was a liability. How, I never signe Rushed through the process. Total rip off! Hello, On March 23, 2019 I called the Dickson City Hyundai to put a down payment via the telephone on a Blue Hyundai Accent Special. They took my Hello, On March 23, 2019 I called the Dickson City Hyundai to put a down payment via the telephone on a Blue Hyundai Accent Special. They took my down payment and I visited their showroom on March 25th to conclude the deal. Dickson City Hyundai had a promotion going on for $2000 above your turn in value and 1.9% interest rate. After most of the paperwork was completed I was informed that this particular special had ended, even though I told him I had seen it only last night on WYOU a local CBS channel. On March 26, 2019, I once again saw the promotion on the same CBS channel. 1) I was given $1200 for my trade in, a 2014 with high mileage. 2) I was given a 6.2% interest rate even though my credit is a "very good" 789. 3) The $200 deposit was never deducted from the sale price, I was given credit for $3500, for which I had written them a check. 4) In addition I mistakenly signed a maintenance contract for $3500 when I distinctly told him that I did not want any add on. I had been there for 3 hours for this transaction and I had already picked out my car before I got there so this was all paperwork, I do not know why it takes so long but after a full day of work I was exhausted by the time we were done. Today I went back to Dickson City Hyundai and asked to speak to the facility manager, a man by the name of Dean came out and we started to speak. Right away he stated that the ad was "up to" $2000, it did not say that on the ad, and I would have to qualify with very good credit score to get the 1.9% interest rate. I asked him 3 times and 3 times he said "very good". When I told him I had very good credit he said that it was not up to them but to the banks to decide what interest to charge. Needless to say I got angry because he was just dancing around with words and he told me to leave lower my voice or he was going to call the police. I left the facility and went home. This is my fourth Hyundai Accent and because of the misrepresentation and attitude of this dealership I am left angry and frustrated and these issues need to be resolved. More

How can this be common for a 2017 vehicle . Your telling me I can’t take my vehicle on a long trip for fear of my transmission overheating, then I get home and google this problem and there is plenty of info that this is an issue with the transmission in these vehicles. I couldn’t be anymore disappointed in a brand new vehicle that I pay top dollar for . Plus the fact the service department has to be fully aware of these issues but yet try selling me $250 worth of services that have nothing at all to do with the transmission More
