Overall it was great. I dropped the car off at 9:15 am. The only problem was that it was supposed to be a 4 hour repair but the car was not ready until 5 pm. Overall I receive excellent service care, but the last visit was followed by a "breakdown" while on a road trip. The VW dealership diagnostic costs are outrageous. While in Oregon I had a diagnostic tes visit was followed by a "breakdown" while on a road trip. The VW dealership diagnostic costs are outrageous. While in Oregon I had a diagnostic test for free to determine the engine warning light was for a malfunctions recycling of exhaust. I could drive the car. I am told that the diagnostic for my car at the dealership is over $200.00. This does not seem right and it certainly makes me feel that I am being overcharged for what may have been an oversight in servicing my car. More
