I brought my car in in the morning for a check engine light, and it wasn’t until for the in the afternoon that I was told the car would be there until the next day. What happened to the days when the ser light, and it wasn’t until for the in the afternoon that I was told the car would be there until the next day. What happened to the days when the service rep called the client and let them know during the day how long it would take? He left for the day without telling me and then another service rep told me it would be ready around 4:30 hopefully. In order to beat traffic I drove down to pick up the car and then was told it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I guess what I’m saying is it’s nice when the service reps call and give status reports. Thank you. More

Special shout out to my amazing service rep Margie, she was AWESOME! I cannot express enough how happy I am with the service that I received from Dirito Brothers. I brought my vehicle in for what I thought was AWESOME! I cannot express enough how happy I am with the service that I received from Dirito Brothers. I brought my vehicle in for what I thought was a transmission problem and they pinpointed the root cause, found a couple other hoses that were needing to be replaced, and helped me to go through my extended warranty-in addition to the volkswagen warranty-so that I did not have to pay out a pocket for anything! (Not always the case with everyone's warranty.) When they had to keep my vehicle for another day, they gave me a loner car. But my vehicle was fixed extremely fast and they got me back in my car so quick. Overall, everyone at the facility was extremely friendly, professional, and helped me have a great experience. I would recommend the Dirito Bothers for anyone looking to get their Volkswagen fixed or even if you want to buy a new wonderful Volkswagen, they are great cars! More
