Nanika provided excellent service throughout the sales process. Knowledgeable and professional, she worked hard to get the all the paperwork done. The buying process/experience was good, fast and smooth. However, when the time came to schedule the appointment to have the windshield replaced it was difficult to find someone who can take care of it. It was indicated a 2-hr job in the appointment but once my wife was in the service department, she was given an estimate of 4-hr estimate with no options to take her back home. More

I've done this before. As always, I was given the very best service and because of my age (87) time is always of the essence and work done, as always takes that into account.
