Erin Scordelis turned a horrible personal experience for me into a wonderful one with the lease of a new 2020 GTi. I recently dealt with the unexpected total loss of a 2016 Audi S3, which had been a car me into a wonderful one with the lease of a new 2020 GTi. I recently dealt with the unexpected total loss of a 2016 Audi S3, which had been a car I had waited to get for quite a while. That car was the result of an achievement of mine and I was devastated to learn that my insurance company was going to total it out. I had to scramble to get a new car, and to make a long story short, I got hooked up with Erin and she was responsive to my contacts and my needs. I'm in the business and I know a great communicator and sales woman when I see one. She's wonderful and I'm sure she is a high value to the store she works for. The rest of the team isn't bad either ; ) but Erin is the face of my experience. Way to go! More
