We showed up near the end of their workday to test a GTI. Erin was awesome in guiding the sale. She encouraged us to test drive the car to our satisfaction. She and the rest of the sales team were patient and did not apply pressure to us even though the clock was ticking for them to go home. After all the staff was gone, Erin stayed and thoroughly instructed me in the details of all the options in the car including cinqing my phone. All in all, i would definitely encourage people to go there without hesitation. More
