My 2019 Volkswagen e-golf got a piece of metal stuck in the tire. I had limited time because of work. They managed to squeeze me in and put a new tire on my vehicle. We made a military move across the country and came to buying a car knowing that our rules were different in regards to sales taxes, etc. Gus was super pleasant to work with and a we could tell he had a l buying a car knowing that our rules were different in regards to sales taxes, etc. Gus was super pleasant to work with and a we could tell he had a lot of passion about what he’s doing. He wasn’t fully familiar with the nuances of selling to nonresident military but he got someone else involved in a hurry to make sure we got the best deal and everything was taken care correctly. We really appreciate how helpful Gus was in trying to acclimate me to my new gadgets in the car and learning a new more eco friendly way of driving. I can’t speak enough to his enthusiasm and excitement over the EVs. More

Backseat was fixed and seats were detailed after work was completed to removed any smudges etc. rental car was set up while work was being completed and was very easy process. Kevin alerted me to a problem I’d have if I got the alignment I had gone in for. Suggested I get all new tires to match the one new one I had to replace so that the alignment would be true, and I woul alignment I had gone in for. First (and last) time going on a weekend. I had hoped that 8:40 would be early enough in the day, but the oil change took ages, and the guy who checked me in never spoke with me again. I had to go up to random people to check the status to see if I would need to walk with my kids to get some food. Fortunately the other guys there were really nice and got the status confirmed, and I didn’t have to wait much longer. Will definitely try to stick to weekdays from now on. More
