First (and last) time going on a weekend. I had hoped that 8:40 would be early enough in the day, but the oil change took ages, and the guy who checked me in never spoke with me again. Backseat was fixed and seats were detailed after work was completed to removed any smudges etc. rental car was set up while work was being completed and was very easy process.
