Service writer Marina Felix has excellent communication skills and was able to pinpoint our Tiguan’s problems quickly. She estimated that the work required to bring our vehicle back to good running order ( skills and was able to pinpoint our Tiguan’s problems quickly. She estimated that the work required to bring our vehicle back to good running order (new battery, major tune up, new tires & wheel alignment) would be completed by the next day. The service department did complete all repairs by the next day, as promised. I would suggest that, given the amount of money and time spent on these repairs, an exterior car wash would have been greatly appreciated. More
