Their process was the most straightforward even though they gave me the most competitive quote. I then simply showed up, signed the paperwork, and took delivery of the vehicle. The salesman, Saul, was easy to work with and very helpful showing me the vehicle. The only bugaboo was that they have a new computer system and so I ended up waiting over an hour while they finished with the previous buyer and got to me. Having said that, they weren't pushy on selling me extras, and it all went pretty smoothly. More
