This is our second experience with her. She is extremely knowledgeable and genuine. She is truthful in all aspects of sales which is extremely refreshing. Shannon displayed outstanding professionalism in customer service, she was quick and efficient. Danny was efficient and made me completely at easy to hand over my car to him.
