With the holidays approaching I knew that my finances could not support the full scope of all the work that was needed but I was given options and, without pressure, was able to meet my minimum needs and schedule a more affordable time for the remainder of the work. I was glad to know the recommendations for service and how to better budget for the next visit. I appreciate the honesty and the lack of guilt it gave me when I could not do all that I should have for my car.
