I was taken care of quickly and professionally from start to finish. The service I received from everyone exceeded my expectations and was, in my opinion what customer service should always look like. The person who received my car on arrival was prompt and friendly, Marina in the Service Dept was an expert at her job; Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle throughout the process. Can't tell you how much I appreciated how she put my worries at ease right from the start. A shuttle to me home AND picked me up when my cars repairs were finished. The person that arranged the shuttle for me was super accommodating, prompt and friendly as well. While I never met any of the repair technicians, they must be committed to delivering a superior customer service experience as well. My car was ready for pick up 24 hours ahead of the estimated repair time! In the end, Marina ensured that all applicable warranties were applied and I left the entire experience having a better day as a result of making the choice to take my vehicle into Dirito Bothers rather than anywhere else. That's the way service should be and I won't be going anywhere else in the future! I highly recommend this dealership. More

Bad Service experience OK customer relations. Expensive. Replacing my window wipers even though they were perfectly fine, AND without asking me if OK to change AND charging OK customer relations.
