Communication mix-up? I specifically asked for the tires to NOT be rotated. When I got my paper work it said they had been rotated. It also said that the battery test was run and hard copy attached, which it was NOT. On the other hand, everyone is super friendly, (especially Shannon), and the waiting room was a nice one. I learned my lesson to always look at the fine print on the paper work before I leave! I really like this VW place and will continue to take my car here. More

Guidepoint install Shannon has always impressed me every visit. I’d been meaning to get my new Guidepoint GPS installed and kept putting it off.
