Quick, easy, and efficient. We had the opportunity to work with Diego on a recent purchase of a 2019 E-golf. Diego was sooo patient with all my emails back and forth for the day We had the opportunity to work with Diego on a recent purchase of a 2019 E-golf. Diego was sooo patient with all my emails back and forth for the days leading up to our purchase. He walked us through everything via text and email - when we finally went to pull the trigger on the car, he had it washed, charged and ready to go. He had us fill out our application for financing ahead of time and had us in and out - test drive, going over features, financed, signed and out the door in just a smidge over an hour and a half. The shortest we've ever bought a car. This was so important to us when we had two children 3 and under, a puppy, and everyone completely exhausted by the day. Time is so valuable. I'd highly recommend working with Diego and this dealership. It was a refreshing experience and one we were thrilled to have! More
