When I got there, my boyfriend, my boyfriend’s dad and I were greeted, we were also offered beverages and got sat down right away. Derik was straight to the point, not once he made me feel uncomfortable like the other dealerships I went to. He made everything smooth and easy for me. He was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy. He was funny and I enjoyed our conversations. He knew from the get go what I’m trying to accomplish and he got me to accomplish what I want! I went home with a 2019 Tiguan.
