I was offered a complimentary ride via either Uber/Lyft or a Dealership van. I instead chose to do work in the customer lounge, which had good workspaces, wifi, and phone chargers. The service was, as promised, completed on time. I paid a fair price and was on my way. You can usually tell the quality of an organization by the character of the individuals who work there. By this metric, Dirito Bros VW should be proud to have its service department. More

After dropping it off I went for breakfast and we’d only just finished up and my car was already ready which was such a thrill! I think the total turn around time was about an hour. It’s safe to say I’m immensely pleased with my service and so happy to be a part of the Dirito Volkswagen family. More
