We scheduled a follow-up appointment with John later that day, and he was unavailable to work with us. However, instead of having to wait for John to become available, he passed us to Andres who was equally a pleasure to work with. Andres helped us with choosing the exact car we wanted as well as financing options. He also took the time to ensure that we understood how to use all of the features and functions of the new vehicle. Brendan in the Finance department was also solid. All around a great experience.
