Here at the VW Walnut Creek location, I was greeted by a very pleasant sales person (John) and he was terrific. I told him what I was interested in looking at, and he proved to be an excellent listener with absolutely no "pushiness" on his side. He was very good at showing me all the details of each car, and once I made my decision, I felt 100% confident about my decision in my vehicle selection (a certified pre-owned 2016 Jetta). Instead of feeling patronized or pressured (like I had experienced years ago), I totally enjoyed my experience with the entire process and transaction. My compliments to this office management with their training program as well as providing excellent customer service! More
